

About Chef Bey
Miracle Bey obtained her Bachelor’s degree in 2017 at Nicholas State University - Chef John Folse Culinary Institute in Thibodeaux, Louisiana. Originally from Baton Rouge, La., she quickly gained experience with seafood, steak, cajun and southern cuisine. She started her career with Ruffino’s Italian Steak and Seafood Restaurant. She also spent time cooking at 18 Steak in the L’Auberge Casino and Hotel and The Little Village, a fine dining Italian restaurant, which advanced her skills in Italian cuisine.

She moved to Houston, Texas in June of 2019, where she was promoted to Director of Culinary services at The Conservatory at Champion Forest. After leaving the Conservatory at Champion Forest, Chef Miracle was welcomed by Compass Group to be an Executive Sous Chef. At Compass Group, she was on the support Chefs Team for the Memorial Herman Hospitals. A part of her administrative duties included the following: managing and educating the cooks in Patient Services and Retail, assisting with the catering services, and overseeing the Doctor’s Lounge. She currently works with Sodexo under the Schools division in where she is the Production Manager II.

Chef Miracle’s accolades include working three Master’s Golf Tournaments at Augusta National in Augusta, Georgia, serving as a Sous Chef for the 2025 event. In 2017, She also began her first catering company Catering Miracles LLC in Louisiana. In 2022, she started building her clientele in Houston, Texas. She has been booked for multiple in-home private dining experiences, large catered events, and has been a chef consult for a very popular bar. She has now transitioned from Catering Miracles LLC to Luxurious Floating Miracles LLC in 2024. Her newest venture offers a Curated Year-Round Bali Inspired Dining on Water Experience which can be booked at your own pool or at a private pool in the Houston area. The new catering company has many styles of catering in the water and on land. The services includes dining on water, in-home/hotel basket set up, floating basket rental, kids parties on the water, the private chef experience, chef consulting, and event & corporate catering. Chef Miracle strives for a five-star dining experience, which many have found the pleasure of enjoying.
