About Chef Miracle Bey

Chef Miracle “Chef Bey” Bey is a professionally trained chef, entrepreneur, and the founder of Luxurious Floating Miracles, a Houston-based private chef and luxury catering company known for creating elevated culinary experiences both on land and on water.

A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Chef Bey began her culinary journey at an early age. After graduating high school at just 15 years old, she went on to attend Nicholls State University’s Chef John Folse Culinary Institute, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts at the age of 20.

Her education laid the foundation for a career that would extend far beyond the kitchen. Over the years, Chef Bey gained extensive experience throughout the foodservice and hospitality industry, developing expertise in culinary operations, large-scale food production, team leadership, event execution, menu development, and business management. Her career eventually led her into corporate culinary leadership, where she managed high-volume foodservice operations while simultaneously building her own company.

Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2017 with the launch of Catering Miracles. After relocating to Houston in 2019 and continuing to evolve her vision, Chef Bey introduced Luxurious Floating Miracles in 2024—a brand designed to combine exceptional food, beautiful presentation, and memorable experiences.

Today, Luxurious Floating Miracles offers an expansive collection of culinary services, including Dining on Water experiences, private chef dining, luxury catering, elegant displays, corporate events, weddings, intimate celebrations, charcuterie, and custom culinary experiences throughout Houston and select travel destinations.

Chef Bey's work is rooted in the belief that dining should be more than simply enjoying a great meal—it should be an experience. From an intimate dinner for two to celebrations serving hundreds of guests, she approaches each event with the same attention to flavor, presentation, organization, and hospitality.

After nearly a decade of building her career and business simultaneously, Chef Bey entered a new chapter in 2026 by transitioning into entrepreneurship full-time. Today, she continues to expand Luxurious Floating Miracles while creating experiences that bring together her culinary training, years of leadership, creativity, and passion for hospitality.
