Chef Miracle Bey is a Baton Rouge native and proud graduate of Nicholls State University, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts in 2017 from the prestigious Chef John Folse Culinary Institute in Thibodaux, Louisiana. Early in her career, she honed her skills in seafood, steak, Cajun, and Southern cuisine, with experience at top restaurants including Ruffino’s Italian Steak and Seafood, 18 Steak at L’Auberge Casino and Hotel, and The Little Village—where she developed a deep appreciation for Italian fine dining.

In 2019, she relocated to Houston, Texas, and was quickly promoted to Director of Culinary Services at The Conservatory at Champion Forest. She later joined Compass Group as an Executive Sous Chef, supporting Memorial Hermann Hospitals. There, she managed Patient Services and Retail culinary teams, assisted with catering operations, and oversaw the Doctor’s Lounge. Currently, she works with Sodexo as a Production Manager II within their Schools Division.

Chef Miracle’s impressive culinary journey includes working at three Master’s Golf Tournaments at Augusta National in Augusta, Georgia—most recently in 2025 as a Sous Chef.

​

She launched her first company, Catering Miracles LLC, in Louisiana in 2017 and expanded her brand in Houston by 2022. After years of growth, she transitioned to her flagship brand, Luxurious Floating Miracles LLC, in 2024. This innovative company offers a curated, year-round, Bali-inspired Dining on Water Experience, available at private and partner pools in the Houston area.

As of 2025, Luxurious Floating Miracles has officially become a franchise-ready brand, now available for sale to franchisees across the United States. This next chapter opens the door for others to bring her signature luxury dining experiences to new cities nationwide.
