How to Book Your Dining on Water Experience
Updated Late Booking Fee Policy For Dining on Water
To maintain the quality, coordination, and luxury presentation that our Dining on Water experiences are known for, late booking fees apply based on your group size and event date proximity.

Groups of 8 or more: A late booking fee of $30 per guest will be applied if the booking is made within 7 days of your scheduled event.
Groups of 7 or fewer: A late booking fee of $30 per guest will be applied if the booking is made within 3 days of your scheduled event.
This policy ensures we can:
Allocate adequate time for sourcing premium ingredients
Secure specialized staff and event setup support
Preserve the elevated, stress-free experience we promise each guest
📌 We highly recommend booking well in advance to avoid additional fees and to guarantee your preferred date and time.
Updated Booking Process for Dining on Water​
Step 1: Schedule Your Preliminary Consultation
Use the form to above and select floating brunch or dinner to tell us more about your event and select a time to speak with our team.
During this initial 15-minute call, we’ll:
Learn about your event vision, guest count, and preferences
Recommend the best Dining on Water package for your group
Answer any questions about the experience, pricing, and availability
This step is perfect for those who haven’t chosen a package yet and want guidance before moving forward.

Step 2: Complete the Booking Form
After your consultation, we’ll send you a personalized booking form to finalize your selections — including your preferred package and any add-ons
Step 3: Attend Your Final Consultation
Once we receive your completed booking form and your schedule second (final) consultation, we will call at the scheduled date and time finalize menu choices, basket style, drinks, add-ons, and confirm every detail.
Step 4: Receive Your Invoice & Contract
After your final consultation, you’ll receive your invoice and digital contract. You may choose to pay in full or submit a deposit. Payment is due within 24 hours to secure your event date.
